A Kitchen Born from Passion
Ember & Oak opened its doors in 2019 on Granville Street with one uncompromising vision: to serve Vancouver the finest farm-to-table cuisine in a setting that feels both luxurious and warmly welcoming. Founded by Chef Marco Torres, a Michelin-trained cook who returned from Paris determined to celebrate local BC producers.
Our wood-fired kitchen is the soul of everything we do. Every cut of meat, every fillet, every vegetable is touched by open flame — unlocking flavours that no conventional oven can replicate. Paired with a hand-picked wine cellar of over 200 labels, every meal at Ember & Oak is an experience.
